Abstract

The text analyzes challenges in implementing the Brazilian foreign policy in 2023 within the scope of five agendas: climate emergency, internet regulation, regional integration, peace mediation, and BRICS expansion. We highlight the actions of the far-right opposition to radicalize politicization at the domestic level and the mismatch between some intentions and existing conditions at the external level. We also suggest paths to deal with the challenges facing the objectives of the current administration.
