Abstract

During Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s third term, the President initiated a new chapter in Brazilian foreign policy. The announced project holds the potential to shape Brazil’s global standing until January 2027. This analytical essay, structured into three sections, reviews campaign commitments on foreign policy, evaluates accomplishments and initial impacts of the administration, and engages in political analysis to determine whether the first year yielded positive outcomes for both the government and the country.
