Abstract

Aligning with the synthesis announced in Lula's third-term victory speech, Brazilian foreign policy has achieved significant results. Adopting a more positive diplomatic approach, well-received internally and externally, the country has resumed a proactive stance on the international stage, which reflects a pragmatic effort to reverse the isolationist reputation left by the previous administration. However, old challenges persist, and new ones arise due to unprecedented geopolitical conflicts.
