Abstract

The article analyzes Africa's position in the world at the dawn of the 21st century, considering its diversity, dynamism, and role in international politics. It examines the continent's difficult transition from the 20th to the 21st century, exploring the economic potential of African States and reflecting on their challenges and opportunities in the global context. The interest of prominent international players such as China, the United States, Russia, and some European countries is analyzed, demonstrating the importance of Africa, both in economic and geopolitical terms, for international politics in the 21st century.
